Experience the ultimate wellness ritual with our two authentic wood wood-fired horsebox saunas and beautifully chilled cold plunge set up, hosted outside amongst nature, in the stunning walled garden at Badgemore Park.
Sessions included full access to the sauna garden and ice baths, changing rooms (either on-site or in the clubhouse) and a refreshing cold shower - perfect for recovery, health and wellbeing
Warm showers and lovely hot brews available a short walk away at the Badgemore clubhouse for that perfect post session sweetener
