By making a booking with Nordic Rhythm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring that all participants have read and understood these terms.

Health & Safety

• All guests must be fit and well to use the sauna and cold plunge facilities. Use is entirely at your own risk.

• If you have any medical conditions, including (but not limited to) heart or circulatory conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, or if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, you must consult your GP before booking.

• You should not use the sauna or cold plunge if you feel unwell, dizzy, lightheaded or drowsy. If this occurs during your session, you must exit immediately and notify a member of staff.

• Exposure to high heat, cold temperatures, water, and wet or slippery surfaces is undertaken at your own risk.

• Use of the cold plunge is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are a capable swimmer and comfortable in cold water conditions.

 

General Use

• All personal belongings are brought and left at your own risk.

• Alcohol, smoking, nudity, and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Nordic Rhythm operates a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-social behaviour. Any guest who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who behaves in a manner that poses a risk to others, may be refused entry without refund.

• Nordic Rhythm reserves the right to refuse admission where necessary for health, safety or operational reasons.

• Guests must follow all on-site guidance and sauna etiquette at all times.

• Jewellery should be removed prior to sauna use to prevent burns.

 

Child Policy

• Children aged 13–16 are permitted to attend private sessions only and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Children under 13 are not permitted.

• Children under 16 are not permitted to use the cold plunge.

 

Group Bookings

If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept responsibility for all participants and confirm that you have made them aware of these Terms & Conditions and safety guidelines.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth running of our sessions and to accommodate all guests fairly, we have implemented the following policy:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for bookings.

Communal Sessions

• Communal sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time, subject to availability.

• Changes made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited. In certain circumstances, we may offer the opportunity to reschedule at our discretion.

• Bookings can be managed via your confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Private Sessions

• Private sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session start time, subject to availability.

• Changes made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited. In certain circumstances, we may offer the opportunity to reschedule at our discretion.

Punch Passes

• Punch passes are valid for the number of sessions stated and must be used within the specified validity period.

• All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Punch passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your pass.

• Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded or extended.

• Punch passes are valid for communal sessions only unless otherwise stated.

• Punch passes are valid for one person per session. If booking for multiple people, each person must have their own pass or booking.

 

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for the value stated and are transferable. The holder of the gift card is deemed the rightful owner.

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

• All bookings made using gift cards are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
