55 minute private or communal free flow sessions where you are free to move between our traditional wood fired horse box Saunas and beautifully chilled Cold Plunges at your leisure.

Our Sauna Garden
Experience the ultimate wellness ritual with our two authentic wood wood-fired horsebox saunas and beautifully chilled cold plunge set up, hosted amongst nature, in the stunning walled garden at Badgemore Park.
Sessions included full access to the sauna garden and ice baths, changing rooms (either on-site or in the clubhouse) and a refreshing cold shower - perfect for recovery, health and wellbeing
This is a rhythm worth repeating.
