IF YOU ARE BOOKING ON BEHALF OF A GROUP, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR GROUP. BY BOOKING A SESSION, YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

You must be fit and healthy to use the Sauna and Cold Plunge. All persons using the Sauna and Cold Plunge do so at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding Sauna and Cold Plunge use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems including the use of prescription drugs, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.

You must not use the Sauna and Cold Plunge if you suffer from heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes or if you are, or have reason to believe that you may be, pregnant or prone to dizziness or fainting.

Anyone feeling ill or drowsy during use should exit the Sauna and Cold Plunge immediately and alert Staff.

All persons using the Cold Plunge, sea or river do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can cope being exposed to the cold temperatures and currents

Exposure to hot equipment, slippery surfaces, hot & cold temperatures is done so at your own risk.

All belongings are left at your own risk.

Child Policy. Children aged between 13 and 16 are permitted to use the Sauna in Private sessions only and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at ALL times. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Sauna. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Cold Plunge.

Alcohol, nudity and smoking are not permitted in the Sauna and Cold Plunge

Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your session for a full refund if you give us 48 hours minimum notice. Any cancellations beyond the 48 hour prior to the start of the session will not be refunded, but the ticket can be transferred to a friend

The business operates a zero tolerance policy to anti social behaviour. Anyone displaying anti-social behaviour including intoxication and anyone under or seemingly under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry

Nordic Rhythm reserves the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission

We collect, process, store and use personal data when you book a ticket and buy any of our associated products and services to an event including your name, address and email address together with payment information. We may also collect personal data that you give to us about other people if you register them to attend an event. You agree that you have notified any other person whose personal data that you provide to us of this privacy notice and, where necessary, obtained their consent so that we can lawfully process their personal data in accordance with this policy.

All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect or identify fraud, we will record this.

You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our event ticket shop. However, we may still collect the information set under the Data we automatically collect section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the Marketing Communications section of this policy.

When you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.

When you visit our event ticket shop, we, or third parties on our behalf, automatically collect and store information about your device and your activities. If you do unsubscribe to marketing communications, it may take up to 5 business days for your new preferences to take effect. We shall therefore retain your personal data in our records for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us.

Our event ticket shop may contain links to other sites of interest. Once you have used these links to leave our event ticket shop, you should note that we do not have any control over that other site. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the site in question.
Retention:

If you register with us, we shall retain your personal data until you close your account.

If you receive marketing communications from us, we shall retain your personal data until you opt out of receiving such communications.

If you have otherwise booked a ticket or associated products and services with us or contacted us with a question or comment, we shall retain your personal data for 6 months following such contact to respond to any further queries you might have.

If any provision of this policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
