Sauna Etiquette

​

  • Our Saunas are phone free :)

​

  • Shower before Sauna and Cold Plunge use and rinse off any sweat !

​

  • No products to be used in the outdoor showers please

​

  • Swimwear is not optional !!!

​

  • Always sit on a towel in the Sauna - we advise you to bring two, one to sit on, another to dry...

​

  • Remove shoes before entering the Sauna and wipe feet

​

  • Ask others before you put water on the stones in the Sauna and pause between ladles – it makes things hot-hot-hot and takes a while for the heat to hit !

​

  • Listen to your body - no longer than 20 minutes in the Sauna at any one time !

​

  • Only Aromatherapy oils can be used in the Sauna water - no oils directly on the rocks please !

​

  • Minimise heat loss - avoid keeping the Sauna door open for too long

​

  • This is a sober space - no alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping !!

​

  • Bring a bottle - Stay hydrated - reusable water bottles only please !

​

  • Be sensible - read the Terms & Conditions. Don’t use the Sauna and Cold Plunge if pregnant, dizzy, unwell or have any medical conditions that may affect safe use. Don’t touch the stove.

  • Be respectful, be mindful, be kind
