For communal & private sessions, you may cancel for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

If you need to change your booking, the easiest option is to cancel and rebook, provided you are outside the 48-hour cancellation cut off. You can also email bookings@nordicrhythm.co.uk or message us on Instagram and we’ll do our best to process any changes. If within 48 hours from your session, unfortunately we will be unable to process any changes and your booking can instead be transferred to someone else.

Yes ! We offer digital gift cards valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are transferable, non-refundable, and can be used toward any Nordic Rhythm session.
