Our private sessions give you exclusive access to Nordic Rhythm sauna and cold plunge for up to 15 people! Each session is 55 minutes long and start at £200 or book two back-to-back for the ultimate luxury :)

Private sessions are usually available during our opening hours (see below), however, we’ll always try to accommodate bespoke requests where possible.

NEW - Introducing Semi-Private Sessions. Book a private sauna for up to 4 people while still enjoying access to our shared sauna garden and ice baths. Available during our standard opening hours only. £90 per session.
