Silent Sessions

Silent sessions are available Saturday & Sunday's at 10am! When booking a silent session, please respect others seeking a quieter experience by keeping conversation in the sauna to a minimum.

Ambient Sessions

Ambient sessions are available Thursday at 6.30pm & Sunday's at 3pm! Curated experimental soundscapes designed to calm the nervous system and mind.​​​

We frequently host workshops in the garden - from yoga and breathwork to sound baths - all combined with our original sauna and plunge ritual.

Private Sessions

Looking for a private session? We offer both private sessions for up to 15 people or Semi-Private where you benefit from a private sauna for up to 4 people while still enjoying access to our shared sauna garden and ice baths. Enquire here!​
